
The City-Pier-City Loop takes place on Sunday, March 15, 2026 and I’d love to help you get there feeling strong and empowered, whether you are running the 5 km, 10 km, or 21 km.Our Run to Empower CPC Training Group starts on Saturday, January 10, 2026, with weekly meet-ups.You can also join an optional 4-week Base Building Plan in December 2025, which is perfect if you’re starting fresh or want to rebuild consistency before the group training begins.This small-group program is for complete beginners, first-time distance runners, and anyone looking to improve with structure, accountability and a supportive, pace-inclusive community.
Over 9 weeks (January 10 – March 15, 2026), you’ll get the structure and confidence you need for race day.We’ll train together every Saturday morning from Zuiderpark with guided runs, warm-ups, and simple strength routines to build confidence and prevent injury. All distances train side by side, with clear guidance for your specific session.You’ll also get a custom training plan through VDOT my coaching platform of choice), so your runs are tailored to your distance and goals and all workouts sync directly to your running watch for ease and consistency.You'll receive mindset coaching, and access to a private WhatsApp group for encouragement, accountability, and sharing wins.Closer to race day, we’ll cover everything you need to know in a race-day prep workshop and we'll regroup at the finish line to celebrate together.Want a head start? This program is offered on a Pay What You Can basis - suggested €99 for the full 9 weeks, or €120 if you join the optional 4-week December add-on.Everyone receives the same coaching, support, and experience. You choose what fits your situation.
